What makes you our ideal Lead Developer?

With your intimate technical knowledge and curiosity to keep up with the latest and greatest web technology, you are familiar with headless and composable solutions. You have an eye for consistency in front end, scalability of the component library and clean datastreams from the composed capabilities behind it. You can frame a technical solution based on business requirements, translate your vision into a proposal and estimate and ultimately turn these ingredients into sustainable results that clicks for our clients. As we are building our team of engineers in The Netherlands, you are also vital in hiring, inspiring and guiding others.

As a Lead Developer you set the standards and technical direction for the technical implementation of your projects for our clients. You inspire our clients and development team daily and drive the technological vision. You do this through a combination of different activities which include interactive workshops, coaching the development team and hands on delivering functional code yourself.

Qualifications - Don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. We are interested to see what else you bring to the table

• You are based and allowed to work in the Netherlands

• You speak English and preferably Dutch

• You have 5+ years of relevant experience showing

A proven track record in

• React / Next front end frameworks, or similar

• Node

• Azure/AWS ecosystem

Knowledge of

• Infrastructure as code (Terraform)

• Static site generation (for example NextJS)

• Headless

• Vue/angular

• Cloudflare/fastly (CDN)

• Storybook and component libraries like Tailwind UI, Flowbite

• CI/CD
